Meditation

Meditate every days for peace of mind.
What is Meditation ?
Meditation is to bring the mind to a peaceful, quiet state; to merge and go beyond yourself which is close to God. It is also called emptiness of Mu in Japanese. In India, iti si called samadhi. Blood circulation and thinking slows down during meditation. Meditation cleanses the body and mind. Effective meditation also requires starting with a clear conscience - clean body and mind. Meditation is experienceing our true roots - experienceing the self as Atma.
After Meditation, we can notice changes in our physical and mental states.
24. Concentration / Dharana is the sixth limb of Ashtanga Yoga.
Dhr means "to hold." Literally, the word dharana means ‘immovable concentration of the mind’. The essential idea is to hold the concentration or focus of attention in one direction. This is not the forced concentration of, for example, solving a difficult mathematics problem; rather dharana is a form of meditation which could be called receptive concentration.
Meditatiom / Dhyana is the seventh limb of Ashtanga Yoga.
Dhyana means worship, or profound and abstract religious meditation. It is perfect contemplation. It involves concentration upon a point of focus with the intention of knowing the truth about it.
Deep Meditation leads us to samadhi that is a stage of stillneess, non-waving, no mind, emptiness and total peace.
It is a stage of emerging to God.
